Hotel Novit

Everything was exceptional. The rooms were big, the bathrooms were nice and clean, and the wifi was strong. Not to mention the pool and the gym were in the same room but different areas. The water temperature in the pool was also warm so it was very relaxing. There's a bar and cafeteria for breakfast and dinner. The bar is at the front of the hotel but the cafeteria is towards the back. There's a patio right beside the cafeteria and it's a pretty nice area with like a waterfall. For breakfast you only get coffee or juice and it comes with a basket of bread for free. So if you want eggs or an actual meal you will have to pay something like $365 pesos per person. Everyone at the front was very professional and nice but overall this hotel was awesome and I will consider coming back again.

Very well located. The personnel is super attentive and cordial. The room and bathroom big, well equipped and very comfortable. If I find myself back in Mexico I will stay there again.

We really enjoyed our experience here at Novit. We came into town to see the F1 race and this may be a bit far for that purpose, but otherwise it was great. They organized a driver to come pick us up at the airport, and they actually came all the way inside to where you pass customs. We could have probably gotten a cheaper ride with Uber, but getting us from the terminal was a nice touch. The hotel itself was nice. Of course it wasn't perfect, there were some things that weren't great, but forgot what they were at this point so not that bad. The staff all spoke English to some degree with most speaking it very well, especially the staff you typically interact with. I will say one of my favorite parts of the stay was spending some evenings in the hotel bar enjoying some drinks, the bartender was so nice and accommodating! On two occasions we decided to eat at the restaurant, because we weren't sure if our Spanish was good enough to make it at the local restaurants and it was very good and the wait staff was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again, and special thanks to Jesus, Cesar, Gorman and Adan for making the stay so nice!
