Hotel Novotel Banjarmasin Airport

Bringing Accor grup’s name of Novotel does not reflect its known quality services. It’s like a two or less star hotel. Yes, it has facilities but seems lees maintained. The good thing is that the room rate is adequate to services

This is a good hotel but needs minor improvements in people services. 🏨 I arrived at the hotel around 10:30 pm due to an airplane delay, and the staff welcomed me with a warm gesture and friendliness. 😊 When I got into my room, I was given a smoking room even though I had reserved a non-smoking room. 🚭 The reception quickly found another non-smoking room for me, which took around 10 minutes. 💨 The hotel has spacious rooms, clean accommodations, comfortable beds, great shower pressure, and cozy pillows. 🛏️🚿 However, since I had to change rooms immediately, they didn't provide me with a glass for brushing my teeth, and there was no small towel to dry my hands. 🪥 On the downside, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. I killed about five of them while I was there. 🦟 Also, the closet toilet smelled strongly of sealant, making it difficult to breathe inside the room. 🤢 I couldn't find a laundry plastic bag either. 🧺 The pool was large and had a cozy atmosphere. I didn't get a chance to try the breakfast. 🏊‍♂️ Overall, it's a good hotel with some minor issues. 🏨 I hope these issues can be addressed in the future. 🙏

Overall it is good but we were disappointed of the toilets in our room (3319). We arrived with toilets were not clean. We thought staff would clean them on next day but they were still same. Maybe the room is seldom to used by clients. I hope hotel can provide good sanitation in all rooms.
