I had a 5-night stay for a work trip in Santa Fe. The hotel is quiet and very clean. It is next to a big shopping mall and many restaurants and fast food places. If you’d try, there are street vendors selling food as well. The staff are very nice, friendly, and helpful (I can only understand very little Spanish; but I have no issues talking to the staff) The restaurant inside the hotel is excellent for breakfast and dinner, which I had everyday as covered by work. Anything in the menu is excellent. I like the pork shank and the cactus appetizer the most.
It was a very pleasant stay. Great location, clean, and the service was great. In particular, Uriel, went above and beyond to be helpful and answer my questions, but everyone I interacted with provided good service.
In a very nice and safe area. Good service, food was very good and at a reasonable price. Pool area tile is a little unsafe because it’s very slippery, so be careful.
