Great stay at Novotel Salerno! Very clean hotel with a delicious breakfast and perfect location near the sea. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful — we had a small issue with the window, and the maintenance technician fixed it immediately. Only minor downsides: cleaning is between 12–1 PM and the pool is a bit small. Highly recommended!
We love the pool, the room, service and people. Easy commute to city center with bus stop 3 minutes away. Conad supermarket is right near bus stop. Free parking lot. Gourmet bar is good and quick service. Breakfast is very good. Great experience when you have children.
Very nice hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff and great near-by activities. It's about a 40min train ride to Napoli and other nearby activities. We had to use taxi to get to and from the hotel/train station which was a mild inconvenience. The Wifi was a bit spotty but if you use the TV in the room which has a cast feature - it has a much more reliable and faster connection for your devices.
