My wife and I stayed mid July 25 for two nights whilst enroute to Gibraltar. Really nice hotel central to the old town and a 25 minute walk to the beach. Staff are friendly and very helpful. I used the multi storey secured carpark for 13 euros per day which is a 5 minutes walk to the hotel. Our room was the superior double with breakfast and free access to the solarium. Facilities in the room included, TV , free safe, fridge, hairdryer and shower over bath. For this grade of room in a four star hotel I would like to see tea & coffee facilities, none the less it's comfortable. The solarium has a jacuzzi, sauna and a couple of sunbeds. On our visit the sauna was not operational. Breakfast is basic however adequate. The cost was 240 euros for two nights, breakfast and carpark which is great value!

Great service & attention to detail by all front line staff. (Incl. Reception, House Keeping, Bar/Restaurant). Nothing is ever a problem. * Wifi comes and goes...so if high speed or work needed to be performed relying on fast speed not so convenient. Other than that - Excellent service, super friendly staff and highly recommended. Great centrally located hotel.

Location is really good, service is ok. The food served at breakfast is terrible, don't bother wasting your money, great cafes around the corner. The worst thing about our stay by a long way was the NOISE. Massive amounts of banging and clattering, earth shattering pounding of a hammer at 9 o'clock in the morning, people running up and down corridors with suitcases... The list goes on. If I had the choice I would stay somewhere else next time, I feel 2 stars is being kind to this "4 star hotel".
