Modern, comfortable, well and tastefully furnished room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom with large shower, with cosmetics, bidet. Minibar at affordable prices. Smiling, helpful and professional service. Near the hotel there is an excellent pizzeria/restaurant. Near two train stations with convenient connection to the center of Naples. Near the pier.
The hotel is really clean. Reception was really nice and friendly location. Wise was really far from the downtown. You have to take the metro or a taxi. Metro Station is just opposite side of the hotel very near the room furniture. It’s quite old. It reminds me black-and-white movies era
staff are excellent including at breakfast, breakfast is very bland. room had poor ac in all fairness they did offer to move us, if the catered for more meals and upgraded breakfast they would do a lot better. but thats up to management the staff were outstanding unlike the hotel.
