I went with my friends for the week, first time at this resort, we’re all 25-22. The food was good, lots of variety each day for dinner. Drinks were yummy and they had signature cocktails which was nice. The beach had a lot of chairs to sit, areas that were shaded, and had beds for rent as well. The entertainment team was amazing the whole week we spent, Jair, Rodrigo, and Stephanie made the stay so much fun and always had activities going on for everyone to participate in.

The hotel is so quaint and nice. Very nice to come relax. The food was amazing and so many choices for every dietary preference and the drinks were great and a huge variety. So many restaurants to try and eat at. The beach is so clean such a great place to hang out all day. Stephanie, Jair and Rodrigo were amazing and always made the activities so much fun and got us all involved in it. They are so friendly and fun to talk to.

The staff at the front desk were very nice and welcoming. Upon check-in, they offered us a room with a king-size bed and an ocean view instead of the standard room we booked. At first, you might think that’s great, but the catch is that they also have older, unrenovated rooms — and the photos you see when booking do not match the actual condition of those rooms. We only stayed for one night, but I think next time we’ll choose a different hotel. On top of that, guests are required to wear a wristband with a chip at all times, which felt unnecessary. My partner was even refused entry to breakfast because he was wearing a tank top and cargo shorts — something no one had informed us about beforehand. When you’re at the beach in the heat, how else are you supposed to come to breakfast? During checkout, you are given a paper slip and have to walk outside with your luggage to hand it to a porter — all while no one opens the door for you. For an all-inclusive hotel at this price point, I expected much more. There was also no hair conditioner in the room. Overall, the service at the front desk was good, but the rest of the experience was disappointing.
