Terrible experience at Hotel O Alpine Zenith. Staff were rude from the start. At check-in, they asked for extra money, and when I complained to OYO, the manager lied on the call saying no money was asked, then cut the call and denied check-in. Room had a broken bed, no TV recharge, and no OYO toiletries like shampoo or soap. When I asked for a room change, they refused but kept giving rooms to new guests. Also, staff started knocking at 9 AM even though checkout is 11 AM. Not recommended at all!

Worst Room ever, worst customer service used abusive language. I strongly suggest staying at the railway station instead of this place. Oyo needs to improve their standards.
