Small room. Was promised deuxe for three guest , but was given a small room. Broken bathroom door, broken taps. Unclean sheets. Room service nil. Ac remote not working .
Rooms were booked, when we went to check in, the hotel owner said he doesn't have any rooms. We submitted the booking confirmation and he told us to call Oyo. Useless hotel, never book.
Worst experience ever experienced in my life. I booked the room and paid an advance amount online but when I reached the hotel the staff needed more money. They aren't even ready to hear us. They just want us to leave. The main thing is that we reached the hotel in the early morning at almost 3 am. In that time also they need more money more than showing in their online listings. At last we paid the whole amount what they asked for only because we didn't want to search for other rooms at that time that we are all tired. Never recommend this hotel to anyone. Feeling sad that there is no negative review option here.
