Hotel O Grand Peepal

The hotel is very close to karol Bagh Market That's the only positive thing about this hotel, The room's condition is ok, ok and the staff behaviour is also average but according to the price rooms and services of the hotel is not good.

Very bad experience in it and the staff. Staff at the front desk are helpless and clueless. They didn't have any smile and curtisoy on face, rooms are not well maintained and property are old dated. I was traveling with my family and 4 years old son and booked the hotel from oyo which totally mismatched, they didn't provide any amenities in the room and I with my family left the hotel in 11 pm and staff of the hotel didn't help or said a word where you will go in midnight. Don't rely on oyo which plays with the common people of country. Please do by own references.

WORST WORST WORST !!!!!! Don't ever prefer this room ! We had booked room through OYO and the property manager asked us why did u book and pay the amount in the online so we can't provide room . We are from South India and we don't know to speak Hindi fluently but we can understand. So he asked us you don't know Hindi are you Indian or African ? Basically if we don't know Hindi can we not check in his hotel? Or is there any rules that we are indians only if we know Hindi fluently? We fought and cancelled the room immediately without taking refund from him . Later we spoke to oyo helpline and complained this issue . They were ready to help us with this issue, the property manager faked that this issue did not happen though everything was recorded in his cctv and our mobile.
