Hotel O Green Park Residency

Rooms are fine but the behavior of the staff is very bad .There are 3 types of room premium -ac with attached washroom.@1250,classic ac @1000 ac without attached washroom and non ac @800.if you booked through online platform and go they will charge you extra and tell that you have not paid us you had paid that online platform can tell that ac will work after 2 hrs as servicing is going on .The toilet is not cleaned properly. You have to go to 2nd floor with small stairs no elevator is there. THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE YOU DRINKING WATER ALSO. So be prepare for a bad experience before going to the hotel

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was absolutely pathetic — miniature in size, barely enough space to stand properly, let alone keep your luggage. To make matters worse, there was no attached washroom; instead, they directed us to a filthy, shared bathroom down the hall. Completely unacceptable for the price they are charging. The mattress was in horrible condition — sagging, dirty, and smelled awful. Sleeping on it felt like sleeping directly on broken springs. The walls were covered with disgusting tobacco stains and gave the whole room a suffocating, unhygienic feel. Clearly, cleanliness and maintenance are not a priority for this place. Despite offering such pathetic facilities, they are shamelessly charging rates comparable to decent hotels. This is outright cheating. Nothing about this hotel justifies the price. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, even for free. Complete waste of money and a ruined stay. Avoid at all costs!

I had the worst experience at Hotel O Green Park Residency (OYO). I came all the way from IIT Guwahati for an important interview, but the hotel staff treated us very poorly. At check-in, they demanded double the confirmed price. Even after showing our booking confirmation, they refused to let us stay. The manager was extremely rude and uncooperative. We were not even allowed to sit in the reception area. In the peak afternoon heat, we were made to stand outside the hotel. When we contacted OYO customer support, the manager falsely claimed that no rooms were Available this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise others not to book this hotel. The management has no sense of hospitality or respect for guests.
