Hotel O Nirsukh Palace

Firstly the rooms were so trash, no cleanliness, plus no services. For food one has to travel far away. Plus the hotel runs a bar so at night you can see drunkards shouting and running on the busy Mumbai-pune highway. Also for staying one another day I had to pay 100 extra excluding rent for the same shitty room. I don't know what kind of services they provide. I recommend not to go to such a trash hotel.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Do Not Book This Hotel! I had one of the worst hotel experiences at Hotel Nirsukh Palace, Mumbai, and I feel compelled to warn others. The pictures on the OYO website are completely misleading – what appears clean and beautiful online is the exact opposite in reality. It was a complete regret booking this place. I trusted OYO and booked two rooms for two guests, but both rooms were dirty, smelly, and in horrifying condition. The mattresses were in terrible shape, and to make things worse, the rooms were infested with cockroaches and even a mouse. It was disgusting and absolutely not suitable for any kind of stay, let alone a peaceful one. To make matters worse, when I reached out to OYO support for a refund, they refused to help just because I didn’t mention the second room’s booking ID – even though it was clearly a double room booking for two guests. This is such a failure of common sense and customer care. The sad reality is, people like us expect businesses to be transparent and keep up with technology – but this experience proves otherwise. Shame on Hotel Nirsukh Palace and on OYO for providing such poor service and hiding behind outdated systems and policies. Do not fall for the fake photos and empty promises. Avoid this hotel and think twice before trusting OYO again.

My experience booking a room here was terrible. The state of the hotel is absolutely terrible as is clearly evident in the pictures below. The condition of the bathroom was appalling. The TV was not at all working because of cable issues which obviously they didn't want to fix.The state of the room was so alarming that I left this hotel and booked another one.The service is absolutely pathetic. And when i informed the manager about the same he had the audacity to argue with me saying he can't run the hotel with limited money and the rooms are clean. Anyone with a basic sense of hygiene should really rethink and make an informed decision to stay in this dump yard even for an hour. As an individual with an allergic predisposition booking a hotel here was not the best idea.
