Hotel O Perfect Stay

Rooms are not similar to what is displayed in the pictures. The beds, linen and pillows are not good. There are no basic amenities in the room.

Not worth staying in this hotel. AC is not working, the flush in the toilets is not working, the geyser is not working, full of mosquitoes, no proper service from the staff. Stinky smell from blankets and towels. Towels and soap will be provided if asked, No drinking water facility for the guests, everyone needs to pay for water. Try to avoid staying in this hotel. [Update - 12-03-2025] I have expected the reply message as others. Even after so many complaints from other customers their services are not improved and Oyo being an aggregator doesn't do anything else.

Can't rate zero so giving least review. IF U STILL BOOK THIS HOTEL AFTER THIS REVIEW ITS UR FATE. This hotel doesn't even suit couples, I booked this for my family when v visited hyd, this is one of the Worst hotel I ever stayed in my life. 1. Room was very dirty. 2. pillow and bed covers had lot of dirty stains. 3. walls in room was filled with gutka stains. 4. Tv was not working. 5. toilet was worst to describe, no flush, gutka stains every were, geyser was broken, water used to rush to room when we take bath. 6. worst reception n manager. as soon I reached hotel by seeing hotel condition I requested reception to change room then the room provided was having above mentioned problems but when I asked they said they can't do anything more. I raised complaint with MMT they too dint help me with cancellation or refund they forced me n my family to stay in this hotel since we booked it already. both hotel n MMT was least bothered. I m never going to use MMT again.
