We booked from OYO rooms with the charge of 500/- and when we reached there, they showed us the small room which we denied and asked for a bigger room of which they charged us the full price and refused to adjust the online money in the charge. Asked us for full price of three-day stay. Only good thing was that it was near to the railway station. Otherwise, not recommended at all. The worst hotel that you can stay in. Electricity, AC, water are not available most of the time. Drinking water and food is not available. And service is also the worst. They don't know how to greet customers and not talking in a polite manner. If I could, I'd have given zero stars, if not, negative.
Pro's Room was spacious and was located about 800M from platform 1, Bhopal junction. The service was poor. Con's No remote for TV, AC wasn't working, No heater or Exhaust in the toilet. No drinking water or toiletries provided. No Elevator, so not suitable for elderly
