The room was neat and clean . The I was impressed by the reception manager handled a busy front desk with grace starting .manager name vikas tripathi
I came last night, a manager does not have manners to talk and on top of that there is no towel in the room, the washroom is dirty and the curtains are also useless, the bedsheet is also dirty & You guys should never come to this place, if you are seeing my review then these people have done dishonest work in the name of the hotel, it is a useless place, the person who was at the reception was not giving any attention at all, he was playing a game in the hotel, when I asked about the room, he answered in a rude manner, he said go to the 4th floor
They charged money for rooms and then denied at checkin and also made us wait 2 hours outside the hotel and didnt refund our money
