Dear Team at Oceania Paris de Porte Hotel, I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service we received during our recent stay at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and attention to detail. I must commend Ryan at the reception for going above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday special. His gesture of placing a small cake and a balloon in our room truly made her day, and we are grateful for his thoughtfulness. The facilities at the hotel, including the pool, leisure center, and breakfast area, were all top-notch. The pool was a relaxing experience, although I would suggest having a staff member present for safety reasons, especially when children are around. The breakfast spread was delightful, with a wide variety of fresh options, and the presence of the cute robot in the breakfast room was a unique touch. While we enjoyed the ambiance of the bar, we found the food menu lacking in variety. Perhaps adding more substantial meal options would enhance the overall dining experience for guests. Overall, our stay at Oceania Paris de Porte Hotel was truly memorable, thanks to your team's dedication to providing excellent service. Our stay here was lovely. Staff were very kind and helpful, check-in went smoothly. The rooms were clean and spacious enough. Room service breakfast was a very convenient option as well. I chose this hotel very last minute but I can definitely recommend it, 100% bang for your buck. Only downside is that the parking garage has no stations to charge an electric vehicle, otherwise no notes. The hotel is not very close to the center however if you don’t mind the drive or metro ride I would say book your stay here.

Disappointing experience – spa closed, car damaged in unsafe parking We came to Oceania mainly for the spa and pool, only to discover on arrival that everything was closed. The pool was empty, and the spa facilities were completely out of service. Nowhere in the Booking app was this mentioned. When we asked at reception, the woman responded rudely, insisting it was shown online. We proved it wasn’t listed in the app, but instead of acknowledging the mistake, she just started shouting, “It’s written! It’s written!” after finding it on the website. No apology, no professionalism. As if that wasn’t enough, we also damaged our car twice (BMW 7 Series) while trying to park in their extremely narrow garage. It’s simply not suitable for large vehicles. The night manager admitted this and told us the morning manager would handle it. However, the next day, she offered no help at all, just said it wasn’t her responsibility and said “its just a Paris parking”, which is absolutely nonsense, we’ve been to Paris many times and it never happened before. If a hotel offers private parking, it should be safe and accessible – especially for high-end vehicles. Instead, we were left with damage and zero support. Overall, this stay was a huge disappointment. Unhelpful staff, false advertising, and unsafe facilities. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service.
