Hotel Odeon

My sister from the UK and I from Germany spent two days this week at the Hotel Odeon in Odense. It was a wonderful experience. We had a standard room each and they were clean, comfortable, well equipped and there was no noise from outside the rooms. The staff were marvellous, full of energy and good humour. The restaurant was so good that we took all our meals in the hotel. Breakfast was great with foods for all tastes and dietary requirements. The Brasserie had lovely open sandwiches for lunch and dinner in the restaurant was innovative, tasty and the portions were good. Great wines. Also, this hotel is right in the centre, on the tram route through the city and a short walk from the Hans Christian Andersen museum which was a delightful experience.

Beautiful, stylish, well-appointed hotel with a minimalist Danish aesthetic 👌 I’ve stayed at the Hotel Odeon twice now for an annual conference, and would not stay anywhere else. Great location within 10 minutes walk of the station, and 10 minutes to Odense centre. Fantastic service, beautiful spacious rooms, and a well-stocked restaurant and bar.

This is your basic business hotel with very small rooms, I recommend choosing a superior double, it is still fairly small but big enough for an overnight stay. The breakfast was not great. If you are on the road and want a hotel for one night it works just fine. The staff in the reception and restaurant were great; friendly and service-minded.
