We told them we needed 20 rooms at the max for a wedding, 11 of which actually were necessary in the end. They forced us to pay all the 20 rooms nonetheless, the staff and boss are extremely unkind and threw phrases at us like „just shut up“ multiple times. Also, the elevator doesn‘t really work. Most unprofessional staff I ever had to witness.
The food was horrible the WiFi didn't work and the bathroom flode .I would not recommended this hotel.
The beds were so hard Ive had back pain .for 4 days. Would not reccomend
