Felt that for a 4 Star hotel the beds could have been way better, I felt that the mattress was on the harder side and pillows were way too soft and thin even after requesting for more. In my 2 nights there, I did not have a very good rest. Location and staff was definitely on point or even better than some of the global hotels, many of them were really nice and would greet you when they pass you along the corridor. There were shuttle buses transporting between the hotel to Metro station and even to the Disney Resort line which is actually just a stone throw away. Recommended for big families!

I visited here for a couple of days, post exhaustive business trip. The staff are professional and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was fine, nice selection, not exactly what you get in Europe, but it’s a good meal to start the day. Had I been here with family, it would’ve been perfect. I choose here to relax, but for me there wasn’t anything there. No bar, nowhere to grab a simple lunch, no room service, and no laundry option. So, what I thought was perfect for me ended up being inadequate. However, it’s perfectly located right next door to Disney Tokyo and it’s a perfect hotel to be based from. There are no safes in the room for valuables, but there is a safety deposit room. I didn’t use it. Staff were helpful in providing an iron. If with family I would come back, not for business. Note. The couple above my room were “active” at 1-2am in the morning. So, allot of movement could be heard. While I couldn’t hear them, the ceilings/walls are not insulated. Unsure what it would’ve been like had there been children making noise as the hotel seemed to be quiet at this time of year.

I only arrived here yesterday and if I could change to the Hilton I would. Pro: The location is great. Staff seem nice. Large room. A lot of in room amenities (they are dated however) Clean (from the what I can tell) Con: My room is very musty and the smell is bad it will no go away even with air purifier on full blast and window open. A/C is not really functional. I have it on low and the room is warm. The last hotel I was at had great A/C. Bed is very firm and the sheets are not soft. Those three things combined mean I am unable to sleep and I need good rest for the Disney days! Unfortunately to change hotel would mean paying for my remaining nights so need to stick with it!
