I had a lovely stay at this hotel during my trip to Georgia. The service was great, and the room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I especially want to thank Anna Maria at the reception she was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. Her warm attitude made my experience even better. Thank you for the great hospitality!
Good rooms. Good staff. Good service. Good breakfast experience. It is difficult to find room service after 5p.m. There are no options for lunch or dinner. Can use local apps for food delivery. Market place nearby. Hotels 15-20 min walking distance.
I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. During my checkout they informed me there is hefty penalty for damaging bed quilt with oil stains. When I requested to speak to Manager they informed me is unavailable and no one responsible to speak on the subject and just pay the fine. It was a terrible experience at checkout with rude behavior at reception and informing at the last moment while I had a flight to catch.
