Hotel Olympik

Confusing that several hotels have the same name in the same location. So, when traveling for the first time, you don't completely understand which hotel you've actually booked. Service is ok. Great that you have a storage room where you can leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out. Please replace your iron - it is leaking when you need to fill it with water to iron a dress. It would be great if breakfast were till 11 at least on the weekends.

This review published in 13 April 2025 Well, we came here for the school trip, at first I saw the building colorfully, tall and wealthy That makes me think it's really good. The lobby was really cozy and vibrant, I enjoyed watching fish swims while waiting for others to book the room. It was good at first until I stepped into the room, well it wasn't bad at first, I explored the room with my 2 classmates, we realized that there isn't the charger in the middle and I wanted to sleep there but I have my phone on low battery because I didn't realize it wasn't charged on night before the trip. My classmate moved the med and we found pills (kiddos you don't need to know what it is). And they made a rule that we must make the room "clean", like come on hire some janitor to make the hotel the best. The bed was comfy but they needed to improve the room because the bathroom doesn't have privacy because it doesn't have a knob to close, imagine someone entered the bathroom while you're showering or bathing. They must've improved the quality of life and atmosphere of the room because we didn't enjoy the room but the room. I'm glad that they have good wifi so I could call my mother tho. (Tips for tourist. Don't throw the 🫗 bottle. They have refill water at the dinner table so you don't waste the money on a new water bottle :] )

We stayed at Hotel Olympik in Prague during a school trip. The location is great – it’s close to the city center and well connected by public transport. Unfortunately, that was the only real positive. Breakfast and dinner were very poor. The food selection was limited and the quality was disappointing. The room was okay at first – simple but clean. However, on the last day, a part of the ceiling collapsed right above the shower! Pieces of the ceiling fell into the shower and onto the floor, which was not only unpleasant but also dangerous. This kind of incident should never happen in a hotel, especially when school groups are staying there. Overall, our experience was mostly negative. I would not recommend this hotel, particularly not for student groups.
