The hotel offers a comfortable and well-maintained ambiance, with courteous staff who ensured a pleasant stay. The room was clean and spacious, and the amenities provided were satisfactory. So, I want to file a complaint on Google regarding Hotel Grand Imperia, where I left an item behind. I’ve contacted them multiple times, requesting them to check the CCTV footage, but they told me that if it’s a small item, it’s my fault and not theirs, and they would only pay attention to expensive items. I found this mentality extremely disappointing and unprofessional. They did not help me at all, even though I informed them the very same day I forgot my item. They didn’t make any effort to check the CCTV or offer any solution. This kind of approach reflects very poorly on the hotel’s customer service standards. I would strongly suggest that the hotel management look into this issue and ensure their staff is properly trained and attentive.
