Hotel On Rivington

I am 3 days into my stay here and the staff are just so impressive! Andy Fiona and all of the concierges were so friendly and helpful! Walking back into the hotel you are just met by smiles and hellos it was truly warm! George created an excellent spread and invited us to sit and have breakfast! Smoked salmon was excellent beautiful pastries and like I said such a warm and welcoming vibe. It really made me and my aunts experience great.

4 stars, as the staff was very accommodating and attentive during a weekend stay. We enjoyed the convenience of breakfast and central location for our needs. The complimentary water is a sign of management and employees knowing what people need when walking in NYC. The King room was large and clean. Minor stuff needs updating, but everything worked, and a comfortable stay was enjoyed.

Andrew, Andrew, Andrew - he gets the 5 stars for the Rivington. Here’s a young man with attention to detail, approachable and friendly from the moment we arrived. Stay here for the friendly staff, nearby cafes, eateries, shopping and people watching. The building is old and rooms are minimally decorated so take that into consideration if staying. Opt for floor 8 or higher. Otherwise, just looking out your large bay windows at an old building isn’t great. Thank you, Andrew, for chatting with us. It was a pleasure.
