Hotel ON7 Sakarya

Great stay! Everything was perfect, and clean. The staff are friendly, and top-notch service. Just a heads-up: the bar music can be a bit loud at night if you’re trying to sleep early. Still, highly recommended!

I stayed here with my family last month when we were in town for my son's wedding. I ordered a large room, then received a message that we were getting an upgrade. I thought this would be a good thing, but be careful!! The room was big, but very claustrophobic and dark since there was only one small skylight, no other windows at all! There were a few other issues as well: the duvets were too small for the quilts (we are not sure if they were cleaned), the water in the shower drain was backing up, and the thermostat did not work properly! We did complain about the thermostat because our room got so hot, especially with just one small skylight. Surprise, surprise they were able to at least fix that from their side! But breakfast was great, everything was delicious and there were many options to choose from. The reception desk staff also could have been more welcoming and smile at least once or twice. Overall, even though the hotel is rated 4 stars, I would not say it was a real 4 star experience

The location of this hotel is quite good for restaurants, shops... everything is at a walking distance. The rooms are good in size but airconditionning doesn't seem to work! It was 30°c inside during the night, if you open the window you hear all the (fast) traffic, locals passing right in front. The service is not customer oriented either. On the other hand, breakfast is great! The restaurant attached is quite good for the food! but service is poor.
