Hotel One MM Alam Road Lahore

I spent two nights here. Have some recommendations for them: Make up your mind on what you are charging. I have no idea what I agreed to and what I was charged. Even after face to face interaction I have no idea what and why I paid. On various hotel apps the charges were different and in person different. The breakfast was complementary and reasonable Room were comfortable The location is ideal if you wanna move to anywhere in Lahore The surrounding locality has a lot of brands and stores so you could just walk around. All in all a little expansive but keeping in view the privacy is worth it.

Stayed for 5 nights. I would like to share few pros and cons. Our stay had breakfast 🥞 included. There had few food items only. Our rooms were excutive type but seems small. I had to wait for good 20 minutes for hot water 💦 to shower. They don't have any restaurant in the hotel to dine in There were few items in the washroom and 1 towel so we had to ask for another and dental kit. Later, when we wanted to clear our room dues early so it would be easy for us to catch up the early morning flight, there system was down and later they forgot to charge for 1 night and it took time for us to check out later. So basically the night staff forgot to do the needful. Not to forget the elevator, which only carried 3 ppl at a time and gets stuck in between, then we had to call someone through alarm 🚨 to open the elevator door. Our hotel manager and staff was friendly and took our feedback and did the needful. Overall, it's good for a short stay and location wise it's the best.

The behavior of their domestic staff was not good. It was a rainy day, and i asked their security guard to come with an umbrella so that i would go to take my car, but unfortunately, he simply replied, "Come here to take it and then return it to me after using. He already knew that it was not possible to take that umbrella without getting myself wet in that rain. So he didn't cooperate. I think it was not his fault because he needed training from their management. Nothing else.
