Hotel Opal

The hotel was enjoyable, feels cozy and relaxed. The location was also comfortable and we were glad to walk to the city Centre. One star less because of the basic breakfast and minor things wich could be fixed in bath. We definitely recommend it!

It is more like 3* than 4* hotel, at least for what we found in our room: no bathrobes, no wine in minibar, a mixture of furniture pieces, uninspired/cheep pictures on the walls... The safety box was locked when we checked in and they couldn't fix it up in 4 days and the hair dryer didn't worked at all. But somehow they compensated the issues due to their staff's friendly and positive approach.

I expected a little more from 4*, but overall a very decent hotel. Rooms give plenty of room, furniture is decent (but not super special). I gave the breakfast two attempts before giving up on it completely, they say breakfast is open until 10am but on both occasions they were already cleaning up at that point. WiFi is absolutely horrendous, both slow and constantly drops out (IP config issues, they should have someone fix that), I spent most of my time just roaming as it was significantly more stable and faster.
