Great hotel, easily found and very close to important landmarks and the shopping streets. It has a breakfast in-house but they give you vouchers to eat lunch and dinner outside and the stores you can eat in are fantastic! Bring your own soaps and toiletries tho because you'll need them.
It used to be the Mercure hotel, and was sold 7 years ago. It is still being advertised as a 4 star hotel, but it is far from a 4 star hotel. There is no hotel name on the exterior of the building, which makes it difficult to find. The lobby looked like they are doing renovation works, but i`ve heard its been like that for a while. Although the room is spacious, the bathtub had lots of rust, the extractor fan was covered in dust, curtains falling off the rail, telephone is out of order (3 months) already, smoke alarm was just hanging from the ceiling, and barely no staff. Sorry but the owner of this hotel needs to take his finger out of his ass and either spruce it up or sell it. So not worthy a 4*
Stayed for just one day. My first aloted room no light was working in toilet. Changed to a room where no AC was working. Provide a samll Buffett for breakfast at lobby floor. No resturants in hotel but location is perfect . right in the centre of the city.
