Very nice staff. I injured my knee, and the employees kindly gave me a large portion of ice cubes so I could cool my knee. Thank you for that.
Not my favourite Hotel. Aircon leaked so was turned off as a fix. Room has flimsy blinds that allow the sun in before sparrow fart, so hard to sleep in. No complimentary tea and coffee in rooms. All at a cost in cafe if you can get staff to serve you. Front counter staff not very helpful.
The hotel is okay. Breakfast and cleaning staff is very nice but the clerks at the reception are unfriendly and especially a lady on duty on 31st March 2025, quite rude. Pity! The hotel itself is worth a stay, but the kindness of the reception staff must definitely be improved.
