Each hotel should be evaluated based on its city, local competition, and existing conditions. While hotels and restaurants in Paris often provide limited space, this hotel offers a relatively generous amount in each room. It excels in cleanliness and guest service, with a prime location near numerous shops, renowned brands, and charming cafés in a safe neighborhood. The staff are friendly and professional, enhancing the overall experience. Additionally, the breakfast is well-rounded and made from high-quality ingredients. Overall, this hotel offers good value for a convenient stay in Paris.

This gem of an establishment was pure sheer bliss and utter perfection! Justine and her staff were all so kind, gracious, and very welcoming. I felt like I was at home away from home! The Junior suite I stayed in was fabulous! Great size, amazing water pressure in the bathroom (the best shower I’ve ever had, to be honest!), and the breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect, as it’s between Rue Duphot and Rue de Chevalier de Saint George in the 1r Arrondissement. Nice and quiet during the nights and busy during the day. The windows are great quality — only 10 - 20 percent of the sound is heard when they’re closed. The neighborhood has all the best shops and great avenues to allow for cafes, restaurants, and monuments like Le Madeleine, Le Louvre, Champs Elysées, and many other things nearby to do! This is the only hotel I will stay in when I’m visiting Paris. They made my first solo international trip spectacular and I’m grateful to Hotel Opera Richepanse for their kindness and hospitality. Richepense Hotel Paris - A Motel 6 in Disguise? Richepense Hotel in Paris claims to be a 4-star establishment, but the experience is closer to that of a budget motel, akin to a Motel 6. In fact, the operations and standards are so similar to Motel 6 that one might wonder if they’re part of the same group—though without the affordability or straightforward honesty Motel 6 is known for. The hotel charges 4-star rates but delivers 2-star service at best. The staff is shockingly rude and unhelpful, and the amenities are bare-bones, far below the expectations set by their misleading advertising on popular booking platforms. This hotel operates as a classic tourist trap, prioritizing profit over guest satisfaction. Unless you want to overpay for subpar accommodations, avoid this place and seek better options in Paris.
