Hotel Oranien Wiesbaden

I cannot say enough good things about Oraien and its incredible staff. After experiencing multiple flight cancellations with Lufthansa Airlines and receiving little to no assistance from them, Oranien went above and beyond to turn a stressful situation into a comfortable and welcoming stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff showed genuine empathy and did everything possible to accommodate me. They provided a seamless check-in process, offered a late check-out, and ensured I had everything I needed while sorting out my travel issues. The rooms were spotless, the amenities top-notch, and the service truly exceptional. In a time when customer care seems to be fading, this hotel reminded me that true hospitality still exists. I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a relaxing and reliable place to stay—whether for leisure or in an unexpected travel predicament. Hotel Oranien in Wiesbaden is a true gem! The room was flawlessly clean, and the overall aesthetic of the hotel and the rooms is beautiful, with a design and decor that exude class and elegance. The staff truly made the experience even better. They were professional, friendly, and always polite, going out of their way to provide excellent service. Another highlight was the fast internet, which is always a huge plus for me. The location is also very conveniently in walking distance to the city but still quiet. There is genuinely nothing to complain about at this hotel—everything from the accommodations to the service was exceptional. I’m already looking forward to my next stay at the hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wiesbaden.

My partner and I stayed at the Oranien for 3 days while visiting Wiesbaden. Check-in was smooth and staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Our first room smelled of cigarettes – staff quickly resolved the issue, upgrading and moving us to a new room. The hotel is centrally located, a short walk from many attractions, and a quick Uber from the train station. We will definitely stay here again during future travels. Thank you Oranien Team!
