Stayed here for a concert, got upgraded to executive room for free, front of house are friendly and well trained. Only comment is that the room smells like cigs. (I booked a nonsmoking room). At least the room was spacious and clean.

The hotel sits along a main road, with a convenience store nearby that’s one of the few places in Jakarta accepting card and app payments. The service is not great, super unhelpful receptionist when something goes wrong. We got a room without window when we arrived, then the swimming pool was suddenly closed because it was reserved for a wedding. He only told this details after we just made the payment for the accommodation. We arrived, he asked us to pay for our booking and after payment he starts mentioning we have a room without window and the swimming pool can’t be used. Also he said the swimming pool is closed during breakfast and opens 10:30, next day we are having breakfast and the swimming pool is full of screaming kids and not 1 of the staff members did anything about it. Breakfast itself nothing special either. Rooms are okay, but could be cleaned better. Also spotted multiple small ants in the room. The location itself is okay, but please be aware that it’s not a great area to stay in Jakarta. Won’t ever come again, I have been in much better places.
