A very convenient and comfortable place to stay. Unfortunately no tea ☕ or coffee ☕ is provided in rooms. Apart from this, excellent. 👌👍
2 points for the room because of the beds. The double bed consisted out of two single beds. The single beds have wheels. You have to be careful not to fall between the beds. Also the beds are very bouncy. That is nice on the fun fair but not in a hotel room.Overall quite dangerous beds to sleep in. 5 stars for the service because of the fast and efficient check in. 5 stars for the location as it suited us well that it was near the motorway. 3 stars overall because of the weird beds. There is only soap in the room but there is a mini fridge. Dear Hotel Orchid, we booked for two people, a double bed. We got two single beds with wheels under it which did not stay put as a double bed. We arrived late after a party nearby and do not see why we had to make an effort to go the reception to get the room with double bed which we reserved in the first place. That is the responsibility of the hotel to provide the room reserved by the guests.
