Rooms were well decorated and all had balconies with a beautiful view, however the rooms were always cooking hot with no air con so we slept with the balcony door open. The food was okay but usually lukewarm.
Hotel is amazing. Great location. Rude staff. Especially in the spa area. There was 20 min before closing and a guy with a bold head in his fifties just came out of nowhere and started screaming at us that they are closing!! Extremely disrespectful! Extremely unprofessional!!! Extremely unapologetic!!! I understand people are tired after a long day of work but you cannot treat customers like this!!! And here we are talking about a 5 star hotel, where you expect at least a bit of special treatment. My partner and I are more than disappointed! I hope the manager takes the right measures and the services in the spa staff change for the better and other guests don’t experience such situations.
Disappointing experience. This hotel used to be 5 stars, but now it’s barely 3. Awful service, rude staff, and zero communication. They quoted one price for a third guest, then doubled it without explanation. The only plus was the nice view, but the stress from dealing with the staff completely ruined our holiday. Never again!
