I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Oro Blu. The staff showed exceptional hospitality and made me feel truly welcome. Communication was smooth, kind, and professional throughout. This is the kind of service that turns a trip into a memory. Highly recommended — I will definitely come back when I visit Milan again. Thank you so much for your kindness!
I had a great two-night stay at Hotel Oro Blu. The reception staff was very welcoming and quickly provided any amenities I requested. The breakfast was delicious, and the free luggage storage and complimentary water bottles were nice touches. However, the AC only worked for heating, making the room a bit warm, and opening the windows led to some noise from outside. Despite this, the excellent service and hospitality made my stay enjoyable. I would still recommend this hotel!
I will start with good things first and then explain why it’s only 3 starts rating. Room was big and clean and so was the bathroom. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Location is great, 2 minutes from metro station, 2 minutes from grocery store, 5 from fast food restaurant. Now here is why just 3 stars. Room was outdated and a bit rundown. Furniture simple, outdated and also a bit rundown. With electric kettle we had 2 coffees and 2 earl gray, but the tea looked like it was there for few weeks. No tea spoon or anything to stir your coffee or tea with. No coffee creamer. Under the sheets there was some nylon or something that made loud noise while you were trying to sleep. TV was very small and the remote control stopped working after 2 minutes. This is a 4 start hotel and these things should not be happening in a 4 start hotel. I am in a 3 start hotel right now in Amsterdam and it is levels above Oro Blu. They should start some renovations and upgrades. P.S. I am not saying it’s a bad place to stay for a few days, but it is not on a level of a 4 start hotel.
