The hotel is set close to center of Ferrara and everything is easily reachable. The location is also very quiet and easy to reach and there's plenty of free parking spots around the hotel, which makes it super easy if you come by car. The staff is beautiful and they are available 24/7 to help with everything you might need. Rooms are really spacious and we had one with a beautiful terrace. The hotel is well kept and very clean, which I find as most important. The breakfast is really enjoyable and there's plenty to choose from. All in all, everything perfect, recommended!

Hotel located on major roads at outskirts of Ferrara, and slightly difficult to find. But once in it, absolutely superb. The staff were all so helpful and friendly, we had a large room, very well equipped, with a balcony, efficient and quiet air conditioning, spacious corridors. There was a really good breakfast, selection, and the meal was organised so that tour groups had theirs separately from individual residents, to the benefit of both. We greatly enjoyed the hotel and recommend it.

Omg What a gem. First impressions! The uncommonly warm Smile as we walked in the door. Our Italian is poor. Yet with a few grunts smiles and gesticulations, we walked to our friendly room. Everyone smiled! The room Cute quaint. The bathroom was in beautiful green tile. The beds cozy. We missed the breakfast that came with by a good. 30 minute. Yet the gentleman. (And in using that word very specifically ) tidying up the dining Area made sure we got some cafe( or 4) tea and two croissants. All with a smile. The gent who Checked us out was equally full smiles. The staff had us wishing we were favorite cousins immediately. What a beautiful experience. Absolutely memorable!!!
