Amazing Stay, The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also impressive, with a wide variety of options to suit our Pure Veg taste. We Loved Everything.

I recently had the pleasure of booking a room at Hotel Ortus, Kota for my parents who were arriving very late from NE4. Despite the late hour and the lack of nearby options, the hotel not only managed to arrange a comfortable room on short notice but also delivered genuinely outstanding service throughout. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my parents felt welcome and cared for, which meant the world to me. While the pricing might seem a touch on the higher side, I truly believe it’s a small trade-off for the level of service and care we experienced. I’m incredibly grateful for the support and hospitality extended by the team at Hotel Ortus. Looking forward to staying here myself in the future—and I’ll definitely be recommending this place to anyone visiting Kota!

Had a pleasant stay at Hotel Ortus, Kota. The location is convenient, close to key areas in the city. Breakfast was delicious with decent variety. Staff was generally courteous and helpful, though one individual seemed to lack proper training in guest handling. That said, the overall experience was good, and the property is clean, well-maintained, and offers great value for the price. Would recommend it, with minor improvements in service consistency.
