Very well located hotel in Thimpu. View from the top floor is extremely nice. Staff is very polite, attentive and helpful. Cleanliness is well taken care of. Food from a la carte menu is very good. Food from the buffet is a disaster that can easily create gastronomic problem.

Visited for 2 nights, the view from the room was awesome, the staff was really good too, the menu of the buffet was limited but the taste was pretty nice.

Good hotel for a vacation as it is slightly far from the main market hub Staff are extremely polite and helpful. Prices are comparatively higher than most available options. Buffet complimentary breakfast is extremely basic without too many options. Rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. In case of power outage generator takes a long time to get activated. Soap bar which is extremely basic is never replenished even if a small bit from the used soap is visible in the rest room. The worst part in this hotel is that guests are never allowed inside your room irrespective of the time Or gender of the guest. The same is not mentioned anywhere and could be quite embarrassing if you invite a guest and the guest is denied entry as was the case with me.
