Hotel Pacific Dehradun

A centrally located 4 star Hotel in Dehradun . The Hotel appears to be quite old in terms of age but has maintained it's standards and patronage pretty well even to this day . It's super ideal for those who have works and occupation in the heart of the city . The Super Deluxe room was sufficiently enough in terms of size and decent in terms of amenities . Neat and clean without any smell it was equipped with a window , a king size bed , a small but organised washroom. There is gym on the second floor for those who don't want to miss their daily exercise . The staff was polite , cooperative and responsive . The only flaw was that the housekeeping never responded to my call on intercom due to which I had to route my request through reception . The environs inside the hotel were quite and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was minimalistic but fantastic in terms of taste and Indian requirements . Prices were also very competitive.

I attended a marriage reception which was in banquet hall at ground floor having washrooms at first floor. Food quality and service was poor ( even veg. and non veg snacks were being served in the same trolley, horrible) Nothing more to say!

The room in which I stayed ie 305 was pathetic. It din't even had walking space ,moreover bathroom latch was jammed and the fitting of ac was such that u have to draw back the curtains and direct sunlight comes on your face. Customer comes to the hotel for peace and to relax and both my above requirement was hampered by this sarcastic hotel and when I spoke at the reception he just told me to talk to the customer care as it is owned by oyo. My mistake was that I had made an online booking from agoda for 4 rooms for which I had made an online payment, the receptionist purposely game me the pathetic room. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone
