Currently at this hotel as I write this. The good: Great location to everything you want to do. Junior sweet is spacious and clean. Service was great. The bad: Bed is not comfy. At all. No AC... I repeat, no AC in any room. You can hear the upstairs folks like in a cheap apt. Breakfast is not much at all. Paid for parking and had to park in the street.

Great Location and Service, But Some Details Need Attention We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Pacific. Check-in was smooth and welcoming—special thanks to Jasmine, who was friendly and attentive throughout the process. The rooms were impressively spacious and nicely appointed, with a lovely bay view from our fourth-floor room. We especially enjoyed the working fireplace, which added a charming touch. However, some elements of the decor felt a bit dated, and the towels were smaller than expected for a hotel of this caliber. The biggest issue was the elevator, which was in poor working condition. The door would open and close several times before it finally took us to our floor—a small but frustrating glitch that needs fixing. Overall, we had a good experience and appreciated the comfortable accommodations and helpful staff. With some minor updates and attention to detail, this could easily be a five-star property. We’d be happy to return in the future!

We were booked at Rm 322 and was given a sensor key when in-fact our door doesn’t have one and had to go back down and asked about the key and was given the right set. Also as soon as I opened the door (which was hard to open) smelled musty. Mostly the room was nicely designed and saw that they did renovations with the room but then the fridge cabinet door was off alignment and the inside wasn’t painted anew so you would see dirt marks on it. There were no ceiling fans (compared to my friends’ room 439 where there were 2) so it was really hot the 2 nights we stayed despite opening the windows. We didn’t have coffee cups despite having a coffee maker with coffee in the room. Plus the glasses in our room were dirty. But the sheets and towels were clean and smelled clean. The bed was also comfortable. Our first day breakfast was really good all continental bacon, egg, sausage etc. but the second day was only burrito. Maybe next time at least always have the staples as option. Service was not good since we asked for a robe and it took 30 minutes for it to be brought to the room (I even volunteered to get it myself.) Our room wasn’t cheap ($585 for 2 nights) hence the expectation. Maybe management can check it so room condition can be improved as well as service.
