In particular, we appreciate the great service and care receiced from Diana and Adi at the treatment base. The spa and the pool are great ways to relax. The procedures are efective for people experiencing breathing problems. Great place and proffesional service highly recommended.
Honestly it was one of the best stays I had in Romania, i really would recommend this to Balvanyos, it s cheaper, it has great spa & outdoor heated pool, the only thing would be that it doesn't have the mountain view, but the park of the hotel is also great. The food is also good.
We spent a long weekend in October here. Double room for 2 adults and one child. Very cosy and it offered it the "palace" experience. An oasis in the heart of an old beautiful park to recharge. Very very nice personnel - receptionist, cleaning staff and waiters - all quiet happy to help and giving you a nice vibe. Our room was very clean. Elevators a bit slow but nothing bothering. The spa is very nice and the 2 therapists i tried were extraordinary. There was a misunderstanding with the appointments but they managed it great and made us all happy. There is chill classical music playing on the first floor, the restaurant and terrace slowly entering the park. Nice touch
