This small, boutique luxury hotel is quaint and centrally located. The staff are very helpful. There's a nice (for Europe) daily breakfast. Complimentary umbrellas are available during rains. Rooms have a wonderful blend of traditional furnishings with modern features. Full gym. You must return your physical room key when you leave the hotel to go out. They still have physical keys. I didn't like having to give my room number out each time I returned so I made sure there were no other people within earshot.

@nd time staying in Madrid; this was a wonderful hotel with a top location across from the park and near many fine restaurants. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and courteous. We were upgraded to a former residence room which was absolutely magnificent. Will definitely stay here again!
