Hotel Palatin

We will not talk about rooms or breakfast, you can get it better or worse in other hotels around. What make this small (16 rooms) hotel absolutely unique is unbelievable helpful owner and amazing staff. The way our needs were taken care of was just legendary and we are sharing this experience with all our friends and family, making them jealous and sure that they will book this hotel if they ever go to Karlovy Vary. Special thanks for a lovely girl at the reception desk and words of amazement for the young woman who, after serving us ONCE at breakfast, greeted us next day offering exactly the coffee we preferred before. Thank you all and above all to the owner for excellent experience.

The hotel is good with friendly staff. The room was nice, but the only issue was the heating—the bathroom floor was very cold, and the room felt chilly (early March). The breakfast had a good selection, and everything was delicious. And the view from the window on the 4th floor was of an abandoned building.

I’d like to thank Denisa.. she is a lovely and kindness receptionist. The breakfast is good too! The only recommendation is improving the potency of the heaters. They are so weak and sometimes it seems like being off.
