Hotel Palazzo Della Scala

Amazing hotel with great facilities close to downtown Lazise. We were given an amazing room for me and my family and my kid loved his time there with the amazing variety of pools! The hotel is nicely decorated and chic and the parking lot is great since it’s underground keeping the cars cool in the summer heat. Great variety of breakfast items and a la carte options as well! Amazing staff!

Beautiful couples destination with a great Spa zone. The people working at this Hotel really tried their best to make our stay exceptionell. Bravo! Really well done and well worth a trip. The Restaurant was also very pleasant and the food was great!

A Truly Disappointing Stay: Far Below Expectations I highly doubt the authenticity of the 4-5 star reviews for this hotel; my experience suggests they are anything but genuine. The breakfast offered here is incredibly monotonous, with virtually no variety day after day. It's frankly on par with what you'd expect from a budget motel, not a hotel aspiring to higher standards. The issues extend to the service as well, as the staff were consistently unfriendly and completely unhelpful. Dinner offered no respite, with the exact same menu served every single evening. This lack of culinary imagination further contributed to a feeling of tedium rather than enjoyment. The rooms were shockingly poor, failing to evoke any sense of being in Italy or even on vacation. They felt impersonal and uninviting. Furthermore, the beach experience was marred by unstable sun umbrellas that constantly toppled over from their stands. Overall, this hotel was one of the biggest disappointments in a long time. It completely failed to deliver on even basic expectations for a pleasant stay.
