Hotel Palermitano by DOT Boutique

The hotel is in a great location, close to bars, cafes, restaurants and bus stops. Really friendly and helpful staff (Pablo and team). The room was compact and a bit dated but functional, with great A/C, comfy bed and lovely hot showers. We used the roof top pool and breakfast was good. I would definitely recommend if you want to be based in palermo.

The front desk service was exceptional! Whenever I had a question about places to eat, they communicated easily via WhatsApp with fast recommendations. The friendly staff is the best part of the hotel. The room was ok, could be updated a little. Great location for good restaurants, coffee shops and the Bebop music venue next door was very fun! The hotel should promote this great live music venue that host musicians from around the world!

I was moderately satisfied with our stay but this is a 3-star small boutique hotel at best. Positives: +Rooms were clean with lots of storage space and relatively good sized with large bath and double sinks +Small front staff are multi-language, friendly and provided excellent service. +Good location with plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping +They provide bag storage before and after check-in/check-out Negatives: -Hotel description is outdated and highly inaccurate. There is no longer a bar or restaurant -Included breakfast was satisfactory but had limited selections. No cook to order as in the website description -The single elevator was broken during all but the first few hours of our 3-day. -Hotel has no capability to provide ice
