Amazing room for the price. Basically a huge suite with very modern facilities. Air con was a bit temperamental though.

I stayed the night of July 23, 2025. There's nothing bad to say about this property; it's fantastic. I first met Mrs. Marica on the phone, and she's a wonderful, polite, and very knowledgeable person. The B&B was welcomed by Alessio, a wonderful, very professional guy who made me feel at ease right away. The room was truly beautiful and well-appointed with every comfort. I'll be back, thank you for everything.

We are a family of 3, 2 adults and a child. We booked this hotel on Booking. The location is very convenient near the train station, close to the metro and other things. The room was tidy, clean and good. Unfortunately we had problems with the staff. I feel like I was taken for a ride. The lady at the reception, how kind she was in the various explanations and the presentation of the city took us by surprise. The lady looked at the presentation and already amazed by looking at the child, she told us that this reservation and the preparation of the room was for two, showing my reservation on Booking it wasn't true. The lady asked me to cancel the reservation on Booking and to absolutely confirm on Booking that I had done it voluntarily. There was already a game, in addition the lady gave us a price of 20 euros for the child, not happy, she called us during the day to tell us of a mistake that 20 euros were still missing. What was I supposed to do, cancel the structure? I couldn't, not sure of finding free hotels, the lady took advantage of this. Not arriving at the hotel right away, even though we had a do not disturb sign on the door, the cleaning lady knocked on our door waking us up and asking for money! Pathetic?! Shameful. Honestly, today I may have screwed myself but tomorrow you too.
