Hotel Palladium Palace

Palladium Hotel Staff: My family and I had the most wonderful experience, courteous, generous and outstanding experience. Palladium hotel has a very good location with just a few steps to the Termini train station. The employees were amazing and provided all their care and detailed attention to our questions and needs. This was the most pleasant experience in any vacation that we have taken so far. Great hotel. Rooms are a nice size and everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast room was large and bright with lots of windows and there were quite a few food options. Staff was friendly, helpful and spoke pretty good English which was appreciated. The hotel has a little out of the way roof top deck/platform with a great view of the city! Close to many shops, cafes and a 2 min walk to the main train station (Main Termini), 15 min walk to the Colosseum. €55 cab to the FCO airport and about 30 min in good traffic. Great experience and would recommend!

Quite a good and slightly more modern hotel than other hotels in the area. But there is a lot of room for improvement in cleaning because there was visible dust in the corners of the floors and on the tables. I would rather recommend the atmospheric hotels of the Bettoja chain on the next street. Pros: location, friendliness, breakfast. Cons: cleaning, soundproofing (remember earplugs), air conditioning locked at a minimum of 20 degrees Celsius.
