Hotel Palma Avenidas

The rooms were great. Had the basic needs! Had to ask for an extra pillow but that was no problem. Smart Tv which was really helpful. The staff at the reception were nice. And I left my ring behind in the room when we checked out and I emailed the hotel same day and they popped it aside for me. Breakfast wasn’t the best I’ve had but basic for what you need! More variety would be nice. But fine for what it is. The location was perfect near all the buses and the train stations and a short walk from everything. And also a taxi rank near enough outside

The room is clean and tidy, the air conditioning works well, the soundproofing is decent, and the location is excellent — there's a bus stop right downstairs. The bathroom design was quite inconvenient — the toilet was unusually high and uncomfortable to use, making it hard to imagine how a child could manage on their own. While the front desk staff wasn’t overtly rude, she came across as rather indifferent and not particularly welcoming.

Average hotel, fine for one night but needs a serious refurbishment. The carpets in the halls are rotten all stained and curled up. Bedroom we stayed in was tiny, you could barely walk around the bed and I dont know where you would keep your suitcase if you were staying longer than a night. The lady at reception wasnt very friendly either but suited the average vibe of the hotel! One plus is that it is right beside the bus station.
