Hotel Palma

Great guest welcoming service. Reception works very well! The beach is good, and the waiters are kind. The location is top and the rooms are looking good with comfy bathroom and beds! Overall a good hotel to stay and chill for a few days or more!

Hotel Palma is truly a 5 star resort. I hope to vacation there again. I loved the upscale amenities of the hotel and the beach, which is right next to it. The views of the bay are breathtaking. The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. The onsite restaurant is impressive, and the complimentary breakfast buffet is fantastic with plenty of choices for everyone's taste.

We arrived at the hotel after a long and exhausting trip, hoping for a warm welcome – but instead, we were greeted with unfriendly faces and not even a simple “welcome.” Over the course of our 5-night stay, for which we paid nearly €2000, the service was extremely poor. No one helped us with our luggage – we carried it ourselves, placed it ourselves, and even took it up to the room ourselves. Even budget hotels usually help with basic things like that. At one point, I went to the restroom in the lobby and was shocked to find feces stains on the floor. My shoes got dirty from it – completely unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed level. Our room was a “deluxe” category, but in reality, it was very basic and not luxurious at all. Definitely not what you’d expect for the price and the rating. Sadly, this experience has left us deeply disappointed and ruined part of our holiday. I truly expected more from a 4-star hotel.
