This place is a jewel in the middle of the Llano. Excellent service, quiet and perfect to really relax and rest. Villas are excellent in size, so clean and comfortable. The villa’s pool invited to swim.

Well, premises and rooms are quite well but rooms are pretty near to the pool pipelines & pump room, this generates a lot of noise in the guests rooms. Also the staff speak too loud during early mornings (since 6am) and don't have the sense to be quiet for their guests. Also a contact or familiar of the owner took an speaker 🔊 and was playing music loud over the pool. We as a guests wants to find a quite place to rest out of the city, please review that kind of stuffs.

I hate to do this but I feel I must: The hotel is so overpriced for the service you get. 1. I paid over $220 US dollars per night for 3-day stay at a villa of 3 bedrooms (6 people). That is over a million Colombian pesos the night, which is A LOT OF MONEY. Thus, I expected a level of service in line with that high cost. I was disappointed. 2. On the first day I noticed the door handle from the inside was missing. I couldn’t properly close and open the door. I let the staff know about it but didn’t do nothing. 3. There was no kitchen cloth and detergent to clean the dishes. In fact, they tried to sell me a cleaning kit for 12,000 pesos. Why do I need to pay them for me to clean their own kitchen?? That is ridiculous. Every morning I saw ants on the kitchen table. Give me something to clean the table and wash the dishes. We eat at least 3 times a day. 3. No courtesy bottles of water. Days later I learned there was filtered water available outside of the villa. If I didn’t complain I wouldn’t find out. I had bought 5 bottles of water from them: I think 4,000 pesos each. 4. Restaurant closes at 7pm. That’s right: 7pm. How is that possible?? It is too early. Staff gave us options for junk food but no thanks. 5. By accident, my girlfriend (period) bled 2 white towels. The staff knocked on my door to tell me that they are going to charge for those towels. I’ve travelled around the world and I was never charged for those accidents. The administrator came and we talked on the issue and agreed not to charge me for those towels. Thanks. 6. One of the kitchen’s knobs was broken. I told them about it but didn’t do anything to fix that. On the last day my girlfriend took a morning shower and cut her finger with the metal shampoo holder. These holders need to be plastic. 7. No floor towel was provided for the showers. One can sleep very easily on those ceramic floors. All other hotels provide that. 8. The staff seems to be very young and inexperienced. It seems to me the owner of the hotel does not want to invest in real service, yet charging a lot of money to the guests. Again, very overpriced for the service you get. Will not come back. There are other options that I will try for me and my family.
