Hotel Panamera

Came here a few days ago for a day at the beach club and it didn’t disappoint! The grounds are absolutely stunning. I felt like I was inside architectural digest - around every corner was a picture perfect sight. It was pretty empty because of low season, and the seaweed was really bad, making the ocean unswimmable. The hotel has 2 pools and a jacuzzi though and I really enjoyed dipping in those. David was my server and he was so wonderful and kind and helpful!! I would go back to stay at the hotel someday.

Speaking of the rooftop, it offers breathtaking sunset views, making it the perfect place to relax after a day by the caribbean sea. Service here is exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. A special mention goes to Joshua, Johnny and Armando, who made us feel incredibly welcome and played a big role in why we kept coming back. Their warmth and attentiveness truly elevated our visits. The food is equally impressive, with fresh, flavorful dishes that perfectly match the laid-back yet sophisticated vibe of the hotel. Every meal felt like an experience in itself, adding to the overall charm of the place. Being in close proximity to our villa, Hotel Panamera became our go-to spot, and we couldn't be happier to have discovered it. With its stunning design, incredible service, and unbeatable beachfront setting, it’s a must-visit for anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Tulum. Highly recommended!

Awesome service!! My family and I booked Hotel Panamera for a week while in Tulum for a wedding. Miguel and Daniela were great. They accommodated all of our requests with gracious courtesy and very prompt service. We felt well taken care of. The entire staff got to know us and would remember our likes and dislikes. The food was wonderful! The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is in the south end of the hotel district where it is quiet and scenic. But it is close enough to the livelier end of the hotel district where one can find bars, restaurants, and night clubs. The morning yoga clases were great. It was an amazing way to start the day. I cannot remember the instructor’s name. She was one of the best yoga teachers I’ve ever had! We were treated so well, it was a little sad to leave. I would definitely visit again.
